FAQ
It depends on volume. Wati adds a subscription to per-message charges; we add only a flat per-message fee. Low volumes usually favour no subscription, and the gap widens for teams that would otherwise buy multiple Wati seats.
You can move an existing WhatsApp Business number to us. The process is the standard Meta number migration. Connect it via Embedded Signup during onboarding.
AiSensy has a free tier, so light usage can cost nothing there. Once you need automation and higher volumes, our model of no plan fee and a flat per-message platform fee usually works out cheaper and is easier to predict.
No. The chatbot flow builder is part of the platform; you pay the same per-message fee as any other message you send.
Interakt charges a plan fee plus per-message rates from its own rate card. We add a flat per-message fee only, so the saving grows with your volume and there is no quarterly commitment.
Not yet. Catalog sync and native checkout are on our roadmap and shown as “Coming soon” on the Features page. All standard template types are supported today.
Create an account, connect your WhatsApp number and see your real per-message cost before you send.
