1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern the use of the WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by Gatre Enterprise ("we", "us") under the wassapp.in brand. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

2. Description of the service

wassapp.in is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform. It lets you send template campaigns, run a shared team inbox, build chatbots, and manage message templates and contacts, on top of Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. Messages are delivered through Meta; we do not operate our own messaging network.

3. Account eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old and a business entity to open an account. You agree to provide accurate business information, to complete the WhatsApp Business verification steps required by Meta, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and with applicable messaging, anti-spam and data-protection law. In particular you must not send unsolicited messages, and must hold a lawful basis and the necessary consent for every contact you upload or message.

• No spam, bulk cold-messaging, or messages to contacts who have not opted in.
• No prohibited content or categories under the WhatsApp Business Policy.
• No use that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

5. Fees, wallet and billing

The service is prepaid: you recharge a wallet and are charged a per-message platform fee from it. Meta’s per-conversation charges are set and billed by Meta directly and are passed through to you separately. Prices shown are exclusive of taxes; GST is added at recharge at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, not repeated here.

6. Third-party dependency disclosure

The service depends on Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, its policies and its availability. We are not responsible for Meta-side outages, changes to Meta’s pricing or policies, or account restrictions, suspensions or bans imposed by Meta. Meta may change its rules at any time and that can affect the service.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content, contacts and data you upload. We retain all rights to the platform, its software and its branding. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service on your behalf.

8. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short, we are the Data Fiduciary for your business-account data, and we process your end-customers’ data as a Data Processor on your instructions.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or a Meta policy violation, with notice where practicable. On termination, unused wallet balance is handled per the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP — confirm with counsel, e.g. "the fees paid in the preceding 3 months"]. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, the courts at [GOVERNING_CITY — confirm with counsel; the company’s registered office is at Currency Tower, Telibandha, Raipur, CG 492001] have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and by an in-app notice before they take effect — not applied silently. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
