What exactly does it cost to send a message?
Every template message has two parts: our flat platform fee and Meta’s own per-message charge. Both are shown separately before you send, and Meta’s charge is passed through at cost with no markup. Replies in the 24-hour window carry no platform fee, and Meta gives every business number 1,000 free service messages each month.
Is there a monthly subscription or minimum spend?
No. There is no plan fee and no minimum spend. You top up a prepaid wallet and only pay for the messages you actually send.
How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
